We do our utmost to respond to phone calls and emails promptly, and we make sure every client is kept updated on the progress of their transaction every step of the way.
Confidentiality
Trust is an important component to a successful working relationship between client and agent. Often aspects of the buying and selling process require that personal and financial information be obtained and communicated to the appropriate parties. We carefully guard the privacy of our clients and protect the security of personal and financial information placed in our care. We do not discuss information on any transaction with anyone who is not a party to that transaction. Once a transaction has been completed, all financial documents are purged from our files and shredded.
Service Guarantees
We provide a written guarantee for our service whether you are buying or selling, and we have a customer loyalty program that offers incentives when you use our services for your next real estate transaction and when your refer other clients who use our services. A written copy of our guarantees are provided in our Buyer Presentation Package and Seller Presentation Package.

With nearly 20 years of experience in Real Estate, I've represented clients in a variety of transactions. I work with a range of Buyers including investors and first timers! And I work with Sellers, even if you may owe more than the property's value. I cover all of Contra Costa County and parts of Alameda County, and I have experience with equity sales, probate and living trust sales, 1031 exchanges, short sales, foreclosures, and unique properties. I started my own real estate firm in 2005 and have both individual and corporate broker licenses.

Personal Information
Married to my husband, Gary, for almost 30 years now, we have four grown sons. As a family, we enjoy all sorts of outdoor activities like camping, fishing, watersports, etc. I'm a big NFL fan, something that started when I used to watch the games with my Dad on Sunday afternoons. I love animals of all kinds and am parent to an adopted border collie mix named Sammy. Two of my favorite pass times are reading and writing (nothing published....yet!). I am also an avid movie goer, and my favorites are usually action/adventure, epics, and thrillers! I enjoy learning about other cultures and have been to Brazil several times and hope to live there for an extended period of time at some point in the future. Volunteerism is one of my core values, and I have served in several capacities for a number of non-profit organizations to better both my industry and my community.
